The building contains 10 units – 8 apartments of approximately 50 m² each with kitchen and bathroom – and 2 units of around 25 m² with bathrooms. The latter two are permanently furnished with 4 bunk beds each, following a hostel-style layout.

Additionally, one apartment can – depending on needs and season – be furnished with 8 bunk beds.

The 8 apartments are intended to accommodate up to 4 people each.

There is a common room and kitchen for approx. 40 people located in the center of the building.

It is situated about 500 m from the Hærvejen trail – Bavnehøj Allé 1 in Nørre Snede.
