Shelter site in the middle of the peaceful Vejle River valley. The site contains 4 shelters, but slightly separated from each other. Shelters 1, 2 and 3 can be booked separately, while shelter 4 is without booking. Each shelter has room for 6-8 people, there is a shared barbecue and fire pit, and in addition, access to a multi-purpose toilet - bring your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Firewood and water must be brought, but it is also permitted to gather wood for the fire pit on the forest floor on the Danish Nature Agency's areas.
Shelter 1 can be booked directly via the "Book here" button or via the Danish Nature Agency's booking system. Please note that your booking will be cancelled if you have not arrived at the site by 20:00.
If no one has booked the place, however, it is available to anyone who wants to settle down for a shorter or longer time - perhaps just for a short break around the fire pit or for an overnight stay.
